1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by Transparently Clean, LLC ("the Company") to the client ("the Client"). By booking our services, the Client agrees to these terms.
2. Services Provided The Company offers residential and commercial cleaning services as detailed on our website or service brochures. Services may include but are not limited to regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialized cleaning services.
3. Booking and Payment
Services must be booked in advance, and the Client may reserve a time slot via phone, text message, email, or our website. By opting in to text messages on our contact page at www.transparentlyclean.com/contact, users may receive 0-10 text messages per month to confirm appointments, request payment for services rendered or in response to user’s inquires. You may respond 'STOP' to unsubscribe at any time or 'HELP' for more information. Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash or Zelle. A 3.5% fee will be applied to all debit/credit card payments.
The Company reserves the right to change its pricing and payment policies with prior notice.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
The Client may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing at least [24to 48] hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less notice may be required to pay a deposit in the amount of 50% before scheduling their next clean.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
The Client must ensure that the cleaning area is safe and free of hazards.
The Client is responsible for securing valuables and fragile items prior to the cleaning.
6. Company Responsibilities
The Company will perform services with reasonable care and skill.
The Company will use appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
The Company will adhere to the scheduled appointment times, barring unforeseen circumstances.
7. Liability
The Company is insured and will take all necessary precautions. However, the Company is not liable for any damages or loss unless caused by gross negligence.
The Client agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims arising from the Client's negligence.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee The Company aims for client satisfaction. If the Client is not satisfied with the cleaning service, they must notify the Company within [24 hours] for a re-clean or refund consideration.
9. Privacy Policy The Company respects the Client's privacy and will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
10. Amendments The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
11. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Arizona.
