Our Post-Estate Sale/Pre-Listing Clean is designed to help you prepare a home for sale. We partner with our junk removal vendor to efficiently remove all unwanted furniture and items throughout the property. If items still hold value, our vendor donates them; if not, they are responsibly disposed of. Once the space is cleared, we can provide any of our Deep Cleaning services based on the remaining contents in the home. To streamline the process, all services will be included on one convenient invoice with no mark ups or finders fees, making your transition smooth and hassle-free.

We are cleaners and we do require that the house is picked up before we can provide our services. However, we understand that keeping a home organized can be a daunting and sometimes embarrassing task.

We appreciate your understanding that providing an exact time estimate for cleaning your home can be challenging. Each home and cleaning job is unique, often presenting specific challenges. Once we have the opportunity to see your home, we will be able to give you a more accurate idea of how long the cleaning will take.

Each cleaning service includes a minimum of two cleaners, and for larger homes, this may increase to as many as five cleaners. Our pricing is based on the size of your home rather than the number of cleaners assigned to the job. Additionally, we are bonded and insured, and all of our employees undergo thorough background checks for your peace of mind.

We do not move or clean behind any furniture. This policy includes areas such as blinds and baseboards that may be obstructed by furniture.

She has lived overseas with her husband and brings years of experience from her time working with a national cleaning brand, both before her son was born and while her husband was deployed. Her background has equipped her with the skills and knowledge to handle any cleaning task with care and precision.
Emily, married to Crystal's brother, is a mom of four and a dedicated real estate agent. After years of searching for reliable cleaners for her clients, she decided to start her own cleaning company. Through her experiences in the real estate industry, Emily learned how harsh chemicals can damage surfaces and even void warranties, leading her to prioritize safe and effective cleaning methods.
